Thanks. Yeah it's really paid on my bank account. I reinstall the app and try several times to log in again, and I believe I have still have one account. It is the same account that spotify named in the payment conformation mail.
Really strange. Is there an another solution?

Thanks for the help, Yes i fill in the form this morning. But didn't still hear anything, I am a little impatient because I want to listen music on my new receiver and that's only possible with premium. Haha.
