Hi,

 

I purchased an premium account with Ideal on 28 december, and it's still an Free account. Has anybody experience with this?

You should've received Premium after purchasing. Can you check these quick troubleshooting steps: Upgraded-not-Premium-twitter_support.png

Thanks. Yeah it's really paid on my bank account. I reinstall the app and try several times to log in again, and I believe I have still have one account. It is the same account that spotify named in the payment conformation mail.

 

Really strange. Is there an another solution?

Thanks for the help, Yes i fill in the form this morning. But didn't still hear anything, I am a little impatient because I want to listen music on my new receiver and that's only possible with premium. Haha.
