Premium charge

I'm currently using the spotify student discount (was recently charged with it too), but my account overview still shows I'm still on premium for family. I think this is also what's preventing me from activating hulu too. Please help!

You can not use a discount code for spotify for family. You need to change your plan and after that you can use your discount code!

I did change a few weeks ago. Like I said before, Im currently using and getting charged with a student plan, but it shows up as if Im still on the family plan.

Try to cancel your subscription and wait till your account reverts back to Free. You may then try to resubscribe on this page to receive the Student Discount.
