Premium debit card

Premium debit card

So I punch my debit card numbers in to get premium because I really want to have spotify on my phone and it says,

Oops seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day, don't worry no money has been charged, try again or use a different payment method ..so idk what do do from here I've tried calling my bank for solutions and I've tried again several times...the very first time I entered my debit card number on the security code I accidently put a 1 instead of a 0 I hope that spotify didn't try and take that as fraud and not let me sign up ..anyways I hope you can help me with this.
