Premium disappeared

Signed up to premium for my son over a year ago. Was working fine but recently account has reverted to 'free' even though money is still being taken from my account. Tried a few solutions here to no avail. What's going on?

Contact Spotify directly here and they'll be able to find out what's going on. Most likely, there may be a duplicate account in the system. If you were paying for Premium but not using it due to this issue, they may be able to give you a refund. If you receive a "no-reply" email, just respond to it to speed things up! 🙂 Sorry for the trouble!
