Premium family - no sound

Premium family - no sound

I have just upgrade my family to preium family. They have their own accounts, now my account and my wifes has no sound, but plays. My daughters works fine. She's happy. were not. Guidance please

That doesn't sound cool. We would need a few more details about this issue, so we can give you a hand.

 

Let us know the following info:

 

- Device

- OS version

- Spotify Version

 

 

Also, help us with a detailed explanation of your issue. It would also be very helpful if you can attach some screenshots to your response.

 

In the meantime, we suggest you and your wife try logging out and back into your accounts.
