Premium for Family Help

I sent an invitation to my family member to join our Premium for Family. Spotify has been asking her for the family billing address for verification and despite entering the correct address, its been saying that the billing address is incorrect and she can't log in.

Any solutions?

Hi Jchoe. Are you sure they entered the right address? It should match the address you entered when you signed up for Premium for family. Hope this helps!

yes! and spotify didn't ask any of the other family members for an address verification except for one and now she's unable to use...
