Premium for family

I'm trying to upgrade my premium account to premium for family but every time i try to change it, it says "Unfortunately, there is no support at the moment to make this type of change to your subscription. Contact our customer service team who can help you further."  What do i do?

Spotify, I think is going through a small re-jig at this current time. If you come back to it later I'm sure it'll be ok. Sorry, I can't lend any more assistance at the moment.

Hiya again, most of the time people come here to just get instant feedback or assistance, Spotify support is all well and good, however it takes awhile for them to get back. That's partly why this community is here 🙂 Besides that keep doing what you're doing!
