Premium problem

I made a payment for premium membership but my account still seems free. Please find the payment document in attachment.

My User name is: selin_idil1

What sould I do?

Hey @1s-80s9_avawe

If you got a email from spotify with a receipt then your premium should be available to you. If you haven't gotten that yet then payment process is still going through. Usually it takes about 48 hours for the bank to process the transaction.
