Premium service not working on app

Premium service not working on app

On August 3 my premium subscription failed to renew due to not updating my new debit card with iTunes. On August 4th I renewed my premium subscription, but my account still says "FREE." I have deleted and redownloaded the spotify app 6 times but to no avail.

Unfortunately, in-app purchases for Spotify are disabled for the time being due to this. Please make the switch to paying through Spotify to continue your Premium service. 🙂
