Premium still not working

Signed up for premium with student discount (Ireceived the confirmation email) 5 days ago and it is still not working for me. I have signed in and out multiple times plus deleted and re-downloaded the app. Also downloaded the app on iPad. Still says I have a free account. I have emailed spotify and haven't gotten a reply yet (after the automated one).

kbrooksc - yes I do have a case number.

Amarro- there is nothing in my spam box and I have a charge pending. I used my Amex credit card.

Did you get an email receipt when you set up the subscription? If so what username is shown on that email receipt?

Peter - I did not get an email of a receipt, just the charge on my AMEX account.
