Premium subscription not working

Premium subscription not working

I subs robed to premium which I got email confirmation of. I set up 2 play lists and was enjoying spotify. Then I woke 1morn8ng and my spotify play lists weren't working. I emailed spotify and they said my bank was the issue. But I find this a fob off as I signed up for 3mths it was working perfectly well for 6weeks and then it stopped. I tried subscribing again today and when I entered my card details and clicked submit a message appeared saying "you have subscribed already" but if this is correct why can't I access my play list.
