I'm using spotify premium since more than 6 months ago. This month i can't pay my account and apper this message(In Spanish).

 

  • Ups, parece que tu tarjeta o proveedor de pago están teniendo un mal día. No te preocupes, no se ha cargado ningún pago. Inténtalo de nuevo o usa otro método de pago.

Basically, this message said that my card have a problem but my bank said that all things i'ts ok.

 

 

Can someone help me, pls?

Looking at the error message that you're receiving, I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.

 

Please don't forget to let them know the error message that you're receiving to expedite the resolution of the issue.

 

I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you there 🙂
