Hi there @akgo8ik0kf0wftim2jc6,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We'd like to take a closer look into this.

To start with, can you confirm that you're in the country that you have in your country settings?

We also recommend that you try from an incognito/private window.

Let us know how it goes so that we can continue to assist you if you need us to 🙂

Take care!

Hi @Soptify2!

Your issue seems different than that of OP: sounds like you subscribed to Premium on another account.

It's worth trying to log in to it on the account page with all possible email/password combinations you could have used during the sign up process. The account could have also been created through Facebook, Google or Apple so be sure to try out those login alternatives as well.

Once you're logged in, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps in this article.

In case you're unable to locate the account on your own, it's best you reach out to Customer Support as they're the folks who can help out further in your situation.

As for your issue @akgo8ik0kf0wftim2jc6, our tech folks are currently investigating it. In the meantime, you can try removing any apartment or house numbers from your address. It's also worth subscribing in an incognito window, with another browser or another device. Feel free to try with a similar address as well to see if that does the trick.

Take care!
