Problem in Logging In

Hi everyone,

I forgot my password and I requested a link to choose a new one. I received the link and I reset my password. When I try to log in clicking the button "log in" it says "logging in" and than it stops and the button goes back to "log in".

I tried to switch on and off the phone, to change again the password and to use my username. What should I do? Please help me!

It'd be awesome if you could take a look at the info on this page, where you'll find some useful info on some problems you might encounter logging in.

If the problem persists, our best suggestion would be to reinstall the app with the steps you'll find here. Once you've done that, try logging in with your username and the most recent password you set.

Have you tried deleting and redownloading the app? That usually works.

Try deleting the app, and if that doesn't work I suggest u make a new account
