Problem with Paypal payment

Hey guys,

I'm from Germany, so please excuse my bad english.

I have a problem when it comes to pay for my Spotify Premium acc. Everytime I tip in my log-in name and my password from paypal the website all the time says that they're unable to work on my request now and that I should go back to Spotify and use another form of payment. Do you guys know what I have to do to pay with PayPal?

Does your PayPal account meet all of the requirements outlined here including being linked to a valid credit or debit card?

Yep , it is connected with a valid Card, I linked my bank giro account as debit card and there's enough Money on it as well. My paypalacc is verified,too. Don't know what to do anymore, just wanted to give you spotify guys some Money 😉

If you could get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form they should be able to offer a little bit more help with getting you back up and running. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
