Problem with Student Discount

 I started the sign up process for the student discount. I entered my card number, and was trying to enter in my school info. I was on my phone, and it wouldn't select my college. Since I couldn't select it I couldnt move forward. I got onto my computer to try to either start the process over, or continue with the verification process. I can't find where to continue with the verification process, and my card has already been charged for the student discount. However, my account says that I'm still using the free version of spotify. 

How do I go about verifying my college???
