Problem with account

Problem with account

Since yesterday I can not play spotify on my sonos anymore. It says that I am a free user but I'm a premium user for more then a year already. What is going on?

Hi, and welcome to the community!


1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to check whether your account is still registered as being premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.
3) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

Hi, why should I not be premium anymore? I did not change anything. Can it change by itself from premium to free?

Only if you cancelled it or a payment failed (in which case you would have received an email).
