Problem with my account! (I cannot login neither register)

I had my account linked to Facebook, when I tried to log back in it asked for my email address, when I entered it to verify it told me that it was already in use (I don't have it in use). So I proceeded to delete my account and wait the necessary time to log back in.

After some time, I tried to create the account again from scratch with my email and I can't create the account (it tells me that the email is in use) but it also doesn't let me log in with the email (it tells me that there is no account linked to that email).

Any advice?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

After closing the Spotify account, it will take 14-30 days for the email address to become available for sign-up again.

Hey @Matiaskra,

Sorry to see it's taking longer in your case! 
Unless you're willing to wait a few more days, what I'd propose as a temporary workaround would be to use an alternative email address for the account creation. You can always change the email of the account at a later point when it's been freed up from the initial account 🙂
