Problems with login

Hi. My name is Andy. I logged in by the middle of June. For a free trial of some days. Suddenly I can't login anymore. But I can't Remeber if I logged in with my facebook or I did it with my email. When I put the password I think is the one...they tell me not. And when I try to forward to my email my password also say no. Can anyone help me please?
