Problems with spotify premium

Hi

im are also having problems logging on to spotify premium, I am paying for the service but cannot access my playlists on iOS devices, I see the playlists on the iPhones but get the message that spotify premium is required for on demand streaming

Can you help resolve please?

Yes tried that - didn't work, when I logged in to the spotify website it says that my membership is spotify free and not spotify premium - this is wrong, if you check my receipts I have been paying for premium, can't understand why this has been changed

Did you create your account using that username or an email address? It's pretty easy to log in with a username instead of an email address and vice-versa. Try both logins and, if you still can't find the correct account, get in touch with spotify support using the online contact form and they'll help get this sorted.
