Question Regarding Spotify Privacy Policy (Third-Party Disclosure?)

Question Regarding Spotify Privacy Policy (Third-Party Disclosure?)

Would there be some way of notifying Spotify of a mistake made with respect to entrusted personal information and, if so, what is the preferred way of doing so?

At present it appears that (for accounts created via Facebook login) Spotify provided personal information (i.e. electronic mail addresses) to Warner Music Group which resulted in unsolicited mail being sent to Facebook addresses independent of the privacy controls which exist within the Facebook platform; it should be noted that, when said accounts were created, there was no option provided to preclude sharing with third-party entities and that, from the time the option was added for accounts existing when the disclosure was made, Spotify accounts do not appear to have been opted in to said sharing (even though the information was disclosed).

PS:  A copy of the message which was sent can be provided if necessary... but it should not be assumed that a change to a privacy policy somehow makes the mistake "go away" (or something which magically did not transpire).
