Tengo un problema, yo tenía premium individual y a medio mes de agosto me cambié a familiar, mi día de corte era los 15 de cada mes, pero lo malo fue que para el primero de sep me cobraron nuevamente lo del individual y para el 6 de sep lo del familiar y desde esa fecha así estoy, pago las dos suscripciones y no se que hacer, no se si cancelar el plan familiar o que hacer? Lo malo que hasta la fecha no hay con quien ponerse en contacto en la app 😥 Ayuda por favor!

You mentioned that you're paying for two subscriptions which got us thinking that you might have two accounts with us. Can you please head to this article and double check that?


If that's the case, you'll need to cancel any additional Spotify accounts you have. Steps for this can be found here


We'd also recommend checking with your family or friends to see if they have used your payment info. If that's the case, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.
