Receiving Spam from Unidays to my Spotify mail address

Dear Support,

I am receiving mails with offers from Unidays lately. They are sent to the mail address that I used to register for Spotify (I used "spotify@mydomain"). I don't want to receive these mails anymore, but the "unsubscribe" link doesn't do anything.

Have you tried reaching out to UNiDAYS' support about this? They should help you unsubscribe from their emails.
