Recovery email not showing up in any folder

Hello! When I try to send the recovery email for my spotify password, it does not show up in any folder of the correct email account. Any help you can offer would be appreciated!

Edit: It was my university's **bleep** blocker putting the email in quarantine. Problem solved.

I'm sorry to here your having trouble with your recovery! If you have already tried resending, I would recomend going here and filing a report to spotify where they can help you reset your password.
