My Question or Issue

My account was changed from student premium to regular premium but I was never notified to renew my student account. I was able to renew it now. Am I able to get a refund or credit for the extra $4.99 I was charged on 5/27?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

 

We send out an email when a user's discount is expiring one month before it does. Based on what you're describing it's possible that you've missed the e-mail about renewing your subscription.

 

We'd recommend that you check all your email addresses, spam folders included and see if the email is to be found there.

 

It's also a good idea to check if the email on your Spotify account is correct.
