Registration doesn't work

I have registered and paid Family Premium. Now when trying to register my daughters account I get - wait for it  nothing.

I send out the invite, click the link and enter all the info to register her. Click through the Captcha and click send. Waiting wheel turns up and stays for five minutes. Then Captcha says "Verification Expired, Check the checkbox again - do the whole thing one more time with same result.

Have tried with two different e-mail addresses (gmail.com and outlook.com) no change.

Have tried with three different browsers (Firefox, Edge and IE) always the latest version and all on Windows 10 on two different PC's

Finally today, two days after having the problem I tried again on both Linux with Firefox and on Windows 10 with Firefox and Edge - same result.

Anyone? Does Spotify not care? Is customer (lack of) care always this bad?
