Remove Playlist ??

I suddenly got someone`s top tracks list in my playlist. I cant remove it, every time i try 5 of it adds.  I dont follow this person and wonder why i have their top track list in my playlist. And one more thing, i dont have a friend button, to find friends.... I had before, also before i had only playlist i wanted. My spotify is sick, how do i make it better ? Kill or does medicine exist ?

What platform are you using? Can you right click on that playlist and unfollow it?

Yes i can do that on my laptop and then 5 mores pops up. So now i have 15 of that top track list. I have tried on my Iphone too unfollow, delete for 1 month. And it pop up again. How is it possible to follow someones top track list in the first place ? when i dont even follow the person. And whatever i do in delete and unfollow WOPS its back as following.... help i really cant get this to go away.

This isn't the first (or last time) we will see this issue I think! Very sorry to ask you report this again, but could you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form? They will be able to force remove the playlist from your account.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I did that before, no answare and no help 😕 I try again now so lets hope someone can help.

Just make sure you reply directly to the automated reply email 😉
