Request denied, but charged the same

Request denied, but charged the same

I get the 3 month promotion this days, I've already had this promotion, but these days my free account was too full and I did an other. The promotion showed up and I subscribed, but the card were recognized and denied, but these days appeared the charge and I didn't get premium, I want to know what's happened
