Requesting a refund

I paid 0. 99 cents for a 3 months spotify premium. I see that i recently got charged 11 something on my credit so i assumed my 3 months is over and they are now charging me the price for premium. I canceled my subscription already. Is there a way to ask for a refund?

"Please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form. If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply, and the support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
