Reset Spotify Recommendations

I was excited to discover today that Spotify premium will now allow me to add family members to my premium account.  I was growing tired of my kids skewing my recommendations and what I saw on my home screen because they use my account to listen to thier awful music.  Now that they can have their own accounts to clog up with their awful music, how can I reset my play history on Spotify servers?  Is there a way to just start over?

Unfortunately, there's no way at the moment to reset your play history, other than creating a new account.

 

Please kudo this idea and post there so they know people would like to have the option to reset their music profiles:

Sorry unable to help - but I'm in exactly the same situation - my son is now on his own account so I want to reset my history. It doesn't seem to be an option though unless customer support can do something per account.
