'Reset password mail' not coming

Hi

Yesterday my password was changed(not something I initiated, kind of odd if you ask me), so I filled out the reset password form. But no email...

I found a form to report the problem on the spotifypage but all I got back was a standard mail referring me to this forum. Not sure if I will be receiving more help by mail so I'm posting here as well.

I'm writing this logged in through facebook so it's not this account in question.

Not sure if it matters, but when I logged on to this account I saw that this has the

same email connected to it. Could this be part of the issue?

PS. I check and checked and triple checked so that the mail wouldn't be trapped in the Gmail spam filter.
