This is my Spotify Case # 04378515.

Can you guys please fix it? How long would it take you guys fix this?

Wow. That's so nice of you guys.

Its related to my premium subscription. 

I was trying to upgrade my account. And I accidentally registered on the student plan. I intend to use the family plan. 

Spotify has charged my credit card. However, my account status is still free. 

I'd like to upgrade to family plan premium subscription.

Can you guys help me out here. Really appreciate your great work.

I'm not sure about this one though, but I'll try to help.

First, to see if you have Premium (which you should after you've been charged), go to your Account here: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ Does it say Premium? Also, check the Receips, there you can see which username has been upgraded to Premium.

Now, log out of the app and log in again (with the username on the receipt). Your account should be ready for Premium! 🙂

I need to look further about the Student - Family plan issue you have though.

I logged out and logged in. 

Its still says that I am a free user. It gives me option to upgrade.
