Retrieving playlists

My account got paused due to insufficient funds in my iTunes account. When I added credit and activated the premium subscription again I couldn't find any of my old playlists. When I tried to retrieve the playlists I got an error saying please try again later. Could someone please help me in finding a solution to this

Thanks for reaching out to us. We'll gladly help you out.

 

Sounds like you might have two or more Spotify accounts and you might have upgraded the wrong one. Try following this troubleshooting to make sure you're using the correct account.

 

If you're unable to find the account with your playlists and music, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to take a closer look and move all your music and playlists over from one account to the other.
