Right info, but won't work?

Hi, my brother started a premium family subscription, and it worked before and I was able to join no problem, but a glitch happened and it didn't auto charge him or something, and he had to manually redo it all, but this time I tried using the code, and I entered in all of the right info atleast 5 times, and triple checked it was right, and it said I entered in the wrong info and/or it said it can't verify I live with my brother... I don't know what else to do, help please?

Make sure that you are signed in with the right account. It should be yours. Could even be a good idea to erase cache history in your browser to make sure.
