My Question or Issue
I've been having this bug for like a couple of years now.
Every time i tried so see my account info spotify gives me an error (see the attachment). On pc i dont have any problem.
why nobody cant see my profile on mobile? :(((

Could you elaborate more on where exactly do you see this error message? It'd be best if you could prepare a short screen recording. This way we'll be able to understand what's going on on your end better.
Does this happen only on one device or on all mobile devices with your account?

Do you have any extra special characters in the username, e.g. square brackets "[]" or anything of the sort? If so, the app probably wont be able to parse them as part of the username and this may lead to this error.
Can you try with a different account and see if the error persists?

Unfortunately, the only solution would be to create a new account in this case. if you decide to create a new account we suggest that you check out this article that provides information on how you can transfer your playlists from one account to another.
Spotify is working on improving this behavior of the app and we hope that in the future the special characters won't affect the profile view.
