I was hacked recently and think that Spotify needs to personally, within the company, work on its security.  The hack happened two-three days after I finally signed up for Premium.

In addition I would have liked to delete the data from when the hacker listened to music on my account, because now my account will full of those songs because of the algorithm. 

And lastly, finding the customer service for Spotify was so complicated, like jumping through hoops. Like I get you don’t want to have every stupid person who doesn’t understand technology calling all the time but yeah. I think Spotify has a lot of work to be done.   Y’all make plenty of money, invest in your service more and stop trying to cut corners.
