Setting up Taste Profile with new Account

Dear community,

a friend of mine just set up a new premium account. When she first opened the app she was asked to define the music she likes/dislikes (check/uncheck) to boost her taste profile. She liked the suggestions the thereby generated mix-tapes gave her.

Problem beeing: she then noticed, that opening the App, she must have started this process for a very old non-premium account.

When she logged out and in again with her premium account (new), she wasn't asked for her preferences in music again.

Is there any way to restart this process?

I'd recommend having a clean reinstall following these steps.

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

Sadly it didn't work for us and we still didn't find another way to restart that process.

So if anybody has another idea :)?

Hi! You should try to delete your cache. Go to your device settings > Apps > Spotify > Storage > Clear data/cache. Hope this helps 🙂
