Setting up a Spotify Artist Profile

So I recently released my first song along with two other artists who already have an artist account on Spotify. The song was released under the lable EDM.COM. On the signing they asked for the artist profile which I couldn't provide but I am not able to make one either. Can you guys please guide me through the procedure?

Your artist page is being created automatically as soon as your content is live on Spotify 🙂
