Somebody else is playing from my account

My Question or Issue

 When i'm playing music, often another person starts playing from my account on another device even under another name which stops the music on my phone. It seems like her device is connected to my spotify.

Sorry to hear this, I’ll be happy to help. 

This is normal behavior is someone else is using your account, or if someone you know is on your account at the same time - It will usually play on one device or another, not both at the same time. 

Since you mentioned “her”, it looks like you know who is on your account, then this will be normal behavior as you cannot play on both devices at the same time.
