My Spotify account is linked with my Facebook, but the email Spotify has on file is incorrect. Therefore, I didnt receive an email that my trial was going to end. I got a new .99 cent premium trial in my actual email and tried to use it, but I still got charged 9.99. I fully intend on purchasing and keeping premium starting next month, but I can't afford 9.99 right now and I was already charged. Can I please cancel my subscription and get a refund for this month, seeing as how I haven't used it? Since there is a non existent email linked to my account, I have no way of knowing when or if anyone replies.
