Someone else's facebook is connected to my premium

So a few months ago my phone company offered me a free year of spotify premium. They sent me a link to download the application with my promotion code. When i logged in, it immediatly opened facebook and connected my account to the facebook that was connected on my phone. But it was my boyfriend's facebook that was connected (he had logged in on my phone) and at no point could i change the account since it did it automatically. I didn't mind since it just meant we would share the account. But know, he is no longer my boyfriend and has changed his facebook password, and I can no longer access the account that comes with MY phone bill. I have called my phone company and they have tried sending me the link over and over again and it doesn't work. They have told me to contact spotify. What can i do to take control back of my spotify premium ? Thank you

Hi there! 

What you can do is to log in with your spotify account at the spotify homepage with your originally credentials you used to create the account with. Then just disconnect Spotify from facebook and change the password. Then it's all done.
