Someone has been using my account for some time now

Hi Spotify Community/Supports,

 

I have a problem regarding my account, it seems that someone is using my account from Brazil or some other country. I have changed my account password three times since I saw this issue, logged out to every device after changing the password. May I get support for this issue? May I ask for the other user to be blocked?

 

Here's the screenshot of the device that keeps using my account:

Hi, I already tried those steps, and for some reason, the user that is using my account is still able to use it, even after I did all the troubleshoot steps. It seems my account is not logging out of his/her chrome cast.

 

If you've already done all the steps then I'd recommend reaching back out to Support to let them know that your account needs to he secured one more time 🙂
