Someone in Mexico used my account, I live in Norway.

Solved!

Someone in Mexico used my account, I live in Norway.

I was not using spotify for some time, when I logged back in I had new playlists that i didn't follow or make, I checked my email and had recieved those concert mails that said i was in Guadalajara in Mexico. I have changed my password and logged out of all other devices, but the person that used my account has added hundreds of songs on my account. Is there a way to reset my account or remove all songs? It's also annoying to see those artists that I have never heard of in discover weekly. Thanks 🙂

You can sort your library for adding date. Just click on "date added" on top of song list. So you can easier remove unwanted songs.

Click on the check box of the first song to delete, scroll to the last one and click this check box, while pressing the capital letters button. All songs between those should be checked and can be deleted by pressing "Del" on your keyboard.

If you want do delete all, press "Ctrl"+"A" on your keyboard and then press "Del".

There is no possibility to reset an account to a specific date.

To remove all songs, playlist, e.g.:

Can you log into your account on Windows-PC/Mac? Please tell me which one is possible for you. This way it is much easier than on your phone.

Yes, I am currently logged in on Windows-PC.
