My Question or Issue

This has been going on for about 8 months now. Every day or two my account will stop playing my music because my "account is being used somewhere else". It doesn't show what other music is being played, I only get that message.
There will also be 3-4 playlists I've never listened to on my "recently played" list.

I'm only logged in on my PC and my phone, no other devices. I am certain of this because every couple weeks I get fed up, log out of all locations, and change my password.

I only use spotify on my home wifi which is secured, and when I'm away from home I only listen to downloaded songs so I don't use it over shared wifi.

Please help 😞

P.S. it happened again as I was typing this. Third time today 😞

Hiya, thanks for your reply. I did complete the checklist and ended up having to get in touch with a Spotify agent. They locked my account so that I could perform some security checks and reset all my passwords. Less than 30 minutes later, someone was back in my account. I'm at a loss 😞

Hello there!

If you reach out to Support, I'd recommend you reply to their message explaining that didn't do the trick. They'll hopefully be able to solve this as soon as possible.

Thanks!
