Login not working

Login not working

I cannot login the app on my Moto G4+.

 

The behavior is as follows.

. I click on the app icon.

. The app opens on the login page.  My user name and password are not displayed.

. I fill in my user name and password (I also tried my email address, and also tried entering the password manually, I know it is correct because it works on other devices).

. A message pops up that I am currently set to offline.  I have never seen this before.  The options are to connect of cancel.

. If I choose connect, the same error screen pops up.

. If I choose cancel, I am brought back to the login screen where I now see the message 'We're currently experiencing problems.  Please try again later.'

 

This has been ongoing for more than 5 hours.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

Sorry to hear your having this issue. Could you try doing a clean reinstall of the app? If that doesn't help, please let me know or send me a screenshot of the error message being shown?
