- The 'update' from September downgrades me from Premium to Free

- I only can login over Facebook (no working spotifuggle account available)

- Workaround for fixing the Facebook problem does not work for me.

- Playlists, local downloads: lost

- 2 day ago payed again via PayPal (abo)

... there's no working premium account since 3 weeks now ...

Would you be able to reply directly to the last case number email you got from Spotify? 

That should bump your case in the system over to an advisor who will get back to you as soon as possible.
