My Question or Issue

As an artist we have requested from our previous aggregator/distributor for some of our tracks to be removed from spotify and received no response and the tracks have not been removed. 

I have tried using the contact page at https://artists.spotify.com/contact but I am required to choose an option for "what do you need help with" and this is not an option. I have chosen the closest option in the hope it will get through but just received an automated response. 

I am unsure if anyone will read the original message so am wondering if there is another way to contact?
