Spotify Artist profile claim does not work via CDBaby

I constantly get this error message (see picture) when I want to claim my Spotify profile via CDBaby.

I have already tried several browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera) and also another computer. I also tried the incognito mode of the browsers. I always get the same error message. This is very frustrating.
