Last April I created a new support case, but I haven't been responded yet. How can I contact with someone who solve my problem?

 

I received a mail with that reference "ref:_00DD0pxIW._500D0bXWpw:ref".

I'm really sorry for no answer in time. Possible you got an automated reply pointing to community or help or message was just in your junk folder and then removed by program.

 

I'm sorry about it. I will escalate this to right people for proper answer.

Wow thats a long time ago since you created a ticket. I don't think your ticket is in the system anymore. I would suggest creating a new ticket using the online contact form.

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

 

You should receive a response back within 24-48 hourse. If you don't get any response back within these times, reply here with your case number so a rockstar can escalate this for you.
