My Question or Issue

I recently signed up for Spotify Duo. When I send the link to invite my wife, she puts in our address and then it gives her an error message. I've sent the link through messenger, email and in a text message. We have also verified that she has the address typed out the exact way it appears on my account. I don't know what else to do but I've already been charged for the new plan this month.

If she's joining Duo on the same device the plan manager (you) used to invite, make sure you've logged out of the account page first.

Otherwise, the invite link may have expired.

 

Could you try sending her another invite using a different browser or private window, and make sure she accepts the invite using a different browser or private window as well?

 

If that doesn't work, send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

 

Additionally, let me know if the country registered on the account matches yours. She can check this on the account overview page.
